Thanksgiving Planning Guide To Do List

Thanksgiving is just 7 weeks away which means it is the perfect time to start planning, if you haven’t already started.    But even if you are seeing this long after this is posted and Thanksgiving is just a few weeks away, it’s almost never too late to get start planning.  The one I feel I I’ve learned and continue to learn is that planning ahead for any event,  just makes party planning that much easier and less stressful.  I don’t think that starting early really saves you time, I personally just add more projects and ideas to the list when I start early, but that just may be me.  However, it certainly lowers the stress and the late nights without sleep, the sooner I start planning.    So when ever you are seeing this, just get started planning for Thanksgiving.

The Thanksgiving Planning Guide, is a checklist to get you ready for Thanksgiving.  It actually starts at 8 weeks before Thanksgiving but as I said it is never to late to start getting ready.  This planning guide is based on how I get ready for Thanksgiving.  This guide is an evolution of about the last 10 years of planning for Thanksgiving.  I write down a checklist like this every year.  Then I save it and would use it to start next years list.  I write down all the details, including making cranberry sauce and chopping vegetables for stuffing the day before.  This list doesn’t get that specific because you may not make cranberry sauce.

While everyone does Thanksgiving in their own way, this checklist has the basics.  You can use the one I have already filled out or  print off the blank one and put in all your own tasks. My hope is that this Thanksgiving Planning guide will help you get ready with a little less stress.
